About the Opportunity:

The SR. PROJECT MANAGER CYBER PROGRAM is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of technology projects from initiation through closure. This role ensures projects deliver business value on time and within budget by managing planning, execution, and risk mitigation. The position contributes by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and implementation of assigned projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and charters
• Define project mission, goals, tasks, and resource needs
• Ensure realization and optimization of business value
• Analyze market trends and user needs to select technical solutions
• Translate business strategy into detailed requirements and plans
• Apply disciplined project management methodologies
• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting requirements
• Track milestones, anticipate risks, and recommend mitigations
• Resolve conflicts within or between projects
• Monitor project progress and provide corrective supervision
• Assemble project staff and manage their performance
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation
• Communicate project status and provide decision support
• Ensure project closure with documentation and lessons learned

Requirements:

• Expertise in software development life cycles and techniques such as waterfall and agile
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Customer-oriented communication and issue management
• Ability to operate in a matrixed organizational structure
• Ability to build rapport and credibility as a strategic partner
• Highly organized with effective time management

• Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or Agile Methodology

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
