About the Opportunity
The Senior Marketing Analytics Manager role is focused on enhancing the marketing function through data-driven insights. This position is responsible for developing and managing analytics tools that help marketing leadership evaluate performance, optimize spending, and increase pipeline growth. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and translates complex data into actionable recommendations that influence strategic marketing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analytics and Reporting Architecture: Build and maintain marketing analytics dashboards and reports tracking pipeline, campaign performance, funnel conversion, and ROI. Write and optimize complex data queries across CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and internal sources.
- Modeling and Data Governance: Develop and update attribution models, lead scoring, and funnel stage definitions in partnership with Revenue Operations. Ensure data quality and resolve discrepancies with systematic validation checks.
- Performance Analysis: Perform detailed analyses on campaign effectiveness, channel mix, audience segmentation, and pipeline contribution. Create cohort, regression, and predictive models to understand conversion and retention drivers.
- Strategic Planning and Communication: Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear executive summaries, proactively identifying trends, anomalies, and business opportunities. Translate business objectives into measurable marketing targets and track progress against goals.
- Budgeting and Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance and Marketing leadership on budget planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Work closely with Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, Growth, and Product Marketing teams to align measurement frameworks and provide insights.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: 8+ years of experience in marketing or growth analytics, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in SQL and direct data manipulation. Solid experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Hex.
- System Frameworks: Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation systems (Marketo or HubSpot), and modern data infrastructure such as Snowflake and dbt.
- Analytical Domain: Deep knowledge of attribution modeling, funnel analytics, campaign measurement, and a strong understanding of GA4, web analytics, and digital marketing data.
- Communication and Management: Ability to communicate analytical results clearly to non-technical audiences. Experience with corporate marketing planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and OKRs, is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation
- Annual Salary Hiring Range: $138,000 to $210,000 USD. Final base placement is determined based on matching experience, qualifications, and core technical skills.
