About Our Client:

The organization operates in the telehealth industry, focusing on improving access to FSA-eligible weight loss and wellness care. It addresses challenges in healthcare accessibility by providing a new telehealth brand aimed at delivering these services remotely. This program is in a growth phase, building its brand and customer base from the ground up.

About the Opportunity:

The SR. MANAGER OR DIRECTOR, GROWTH MARKETING will lead and scale the full-funnel growth strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for the telehealth brand. This role is critical in shaping how the program attracts, converts, and retains customers by managing paid media, website optimization, and collaborating across marketing, product, and business teams. The position requires hands-on involvement with data and performance to impact business outcomes directly.

Responsibilities:

• Lead growth marketing as the first hire on the telehealth team, establishing acquisition and retention processes
• Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Meta and Google platforms
• Optimize conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to translate performance data into actionable insights
• Manage site experimentation including test design and scaling successful initiatives
• Create growth marketing plans aligned with revenue and organizational goals
• Track and report on conversion metrics and channel efficiency to inform budgeting and strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years in performance marketing, digital media, or growth roles
• Expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social marketing
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics such as LTV:CAC and attribution
• Ability to adapt to shifting objectives and new product launches
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Excel for data-driven decision making
• Experience in conversion rate optimization and funnel improvement
• Effective communication of complex data to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-directed, organized, and able to work effectively in fast-paced, remote environments

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing: Base salary $115,000–$135,000 with up to 15% discretionary annual bonus
• Director, Growth Marketing: Base salary $120,000–$150,000 with up to 20% discretionary annual bonus
