2. About the Opportunity:
The Sr Executive Assistant will enhance operational effectiveness for the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) by managing strategic and administrative functions. This role is pivotal in optimizing the CSO’s time, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring progress on key initiatives. The position contributes by supporting high-level stakeholder engagement, coordinating complex logistics, and maintaining confidentiality, thereby enabling the CSO to focus on impactful strategic priorities.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage the CSO’s calendar to align with strategic priorities
• Prioritize requests and facilitate decision-making for the CSO
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and correspondence
• Track initiatives and follow up to ensure execution
• Act as primary contact for senior leaders, Board members, investors, and external stakeholders
• Build cross-functional relationships for effective coordination
• Collaborate with Communications and PR teams on external engagements
• Represent the CSO’s office with professionalism and diplomacy
• Plan and execute leadership meetings, strategic sessions, and off-sites
• Develop agendas and coordinate all meeting logistics
• Drive follow-ups and action items to achieve outcomes
• Manage complex international travel and coordinate global meetings
• Provide flexible support outside standard hours as needed
• Handle sensitive information with discretion
• Manage expense reporting and administrative processes
• Continuously improve office processes and workflows
• Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
4. Requirements:
• 10+ years supporting C-level executives in strategy, operations, or leadership
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong business judgment and solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills, including executive-level writing and editing
• Proven discretion handling confidential information
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust organization-wide
• Adaptable communication style based on audience and context
• Proactive, resourceful, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Professionalism, resilience, and flexibility
• Passion for the Executive Assistant role as a strategic partner
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience supporting executives in global, matrixed organizations
• Experience partnering with senior leadership, Board members, or external stakeholders
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base pay range of $126,800 - $221,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits
• Compensation varies based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and work location
