2. About the Opportunity:
The Sr. Executive Assistant serves as a strategic and operational partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This role is essential for enhancing the CRO’s productivity, driving accountability across the Go-to-Market organization, and maintaining effective operational rhythms in a fast-growing, global environment. The position supports the execution of strategic initiatives, manages complex logistics, and facilitates coordination among senior leaders and teams.
3. Responsibilities:
• Proactively manage a complex, multi-time zone executive calendar aligned with business priorities
• Organize and support Go-to-Market leadership meetings, including agendas, notes, and action item follow-up
• Independently plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, offsites, conferences, and events
• Act as primary liaison for the CRO, communicating across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other departments
• Handle confidential information with discretion, including revenue data, compensation, and personnel matters
• Manage expense reports and provide backup support for other executive staff as needed
4. Requirements:
• 10+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably in a global software or fast-scaling technology company
• Proven support of a C-level executive in a high-growth environment, ideally a go-to-market leader of a large, global team
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage complex work and shifting priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Gmail and Google Calendar
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with ability to engage across all organizational levels
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism in urgent or sensitive situations
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Zone 1 Pay Range $155,300—$213,500 USD
• Total compensation may include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and other benefits
• Actual compensation depends on candidate skills, experience, certifications, and location
