About the Opportunity:
The organization is a leading health and wellness platform focused on improving health outcomes through accessible and personalized care. The Senior Director, Social Media & Content Marketing, will oversee strategy, growth, and impact for organic social media, YouTube, and podcast initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of social media strategists and community builders
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Act as senior thought leader on social media and content marketing trends, platform innovations, and measurement best practices
• Use analytics and insights to optimize campaigns and guide strategic decisions
• Collaborate with teams across Brand, Integrated Marketing, PR, and Product Marketing to ensure consistent and strategic content execution
• Guide the team to deliver both creative and analytical work that drives business impact
• Provide actionable feedback to support effective creative development and execution
Requirements:
• 12 to 15+ years of experience in social media
• Experience leading large-scale social strategies for a major brand
• Expertise in platform algorithms, emerging trends, channel best practices, and audience behavior
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in social analytics, reporting, and performance measurement
• Proven record of building and scaling brands through creative storytelling
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
• Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
