2. About the Opportunity:

The Software Engineer, Platform role is focused on building and maintaining backend services critical to the organization’s products, including payments, subscriptions, analytics, text-to-speech, and external APIs. This position plays a strategic role in designing backend architecture that supports both product functionality and scalability. The role requires collaboration across teams to ensure backend systems align with product goals and deliver excellent user experiences. 3. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust public and internal APIs, including TTS, Payment, Subscription, Auth, and Consumption Tracking
• Manage and optimize backend API performance and maintainability
• Collaborate on B2B solutions focused on enterprise customization and integration
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience

4. Requirements:

• Proven backend development experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform; knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently based on urgency and impact
• Preferred: experience with Docker and containerized deployments
• Preferred: proficiency in deploying high availability applications on Kubernetes

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The United States based salary range for this role is 140,000 to 200,000 USD per year plus bonus and stock, depending on experience
