2. About the Opportunity: The Software Engineer, Platform role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs that support core functions like payments, analytics, subscriptions, and text-to-speech capabilities. This position contributes to building scalable, high-performing backend architecture aligned with product strategy, enhancing user experience, and supporting enterprise client integrations. The role demands strategic thinking, technical excellence, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust public and internal APIs, including TTS, Payment, Subscription, Auth, and Consumption Tracking
• Manage and optimize the overall backend API infrastructure for performance and maintainability
• Collaborate on B2B solutions with a focus on customization and integration for enterprise clients
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure backend architecture supports product goals and user experience

4. Requirements:

• Proven backend development experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform and familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency and business impact
• Preferred experience with Docker and containerized deployments
• Preferred proficiency in deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• United States based salary range: 140,000-200,000 USD per year plus bonus and stock options, depending on experience
