The Software Engineer, iOS Core Product role focuses on supporting and expanding the organization''s iOS app, a recognized productivity tool noted for inclusivity. This position involves leading engineering and product decisions, contributing to the app’s development, and collaborating within a product team to enhance user experience. The role is critical for maintaining the app''s architecture and driving product evolution in a fast-paced, remote environment.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app

• Actively develop and ship production code

• Collaborate within a dedicated product team

• Participate in shaping the product roadmap through discussions

• Maintain and improve complex app architecture

4. Requirements:

• Experience with products that have scaled to a large user base

• Proven track record of engineering products from inception to traction

• Strong customer focus with commitment to delivering excellent experiences

• Product-oriented thinking supporting strategic decisions

• Ability to work quickly and prioritize effectively

• Adaptability to a high-growth, remote team dynamic

• Proficient in Swift and SwiftUI

• Experience in multithreading programming

• Familiarity with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane

• Adherence to SOLID principles in software design

• Proficient with Git and various Git strategies

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• United States based salary range: 140,000 to 200,000 USD per year plus bonus and stock, depending on experience
