The Software Engineer, iOS Core Product is a senior role focused on supporting and scaling the organization''s iOS app, which ranks highly in productivity app categories and has received industry recognition for inclusivity and design. This position contributes to product development and user experience enhancements by leading engineering efforts, participating in product planning, and maintaining complex app infrastructure within a collaborative product team.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead key engineering and product decisions

• Actively develop and ship production code for the iOS app

• Collaborate within a dedicated product team

• Engage in product discussions to influence the roadmap

• Maintain and improve existing complex app architecture

4. Requirements:

• Experience building products that scale to large user bases

• Proven track record in engineering products from inception to traction

• Strong customer focus to deliver optimal user experiences

• Product thinking to guide product evolution and support internal teams

• Ability to work quickly and prioritize tasks effectively

• Capacity to balance focused work and collaborative engagement in a remote, fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI

• Experience with multithreading programming

• Familiarity with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane

• Adherence to SOLID principles in software design

• Experience with Git and various Git strategies

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The United States based salary range for this role is 140,000-200,000 USD per year, plus bonus and stock options depending on experience.
