2. About the Opportunity:

The Software Engineer II will develop and maintain software supporting high-traffic, global applications. This role is essential for enhancing system performance, scalability, security, and resilience. The position offers the chance to deepen expertise in large-scale system design, performance engineering, and emerging technologies, including AI, directly influencing the quality and reliability of the organization’s products and services.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and automate code for product development serving millions of users

• Contribute to system architecture focusing on performance, scalability, availability, security, and resilience

• Review code and collaborate across teams to ensure best practices and quality delivery

• Translate product specifications into reusable, maintainable designs

• Debug complex production issues, manage escalations, and provide solutions under pressure

• Develop automation tools to improve system efficiency and operational excellence

• Work with advanced technology stacks and expand expertise in AI technologies

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of full-stack development experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Proficiency in Python, Java, and TypeScript with experience in Spring, Angular, and Flask frameworks

• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and Cassandra

• Experience with managed database systems and SQL

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and business audiences

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and AI code editors like GitHub Copilot

• Hands-on experience with AI models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LangGraph, or comparable technologies

• Understanding of load balancers and message queues in production environments

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• For US-based candidates, the salary range is $95,000 to $171,000 per year, determined by factors such as experience, skills, certifications, and location

• Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary

• The package may include annual bonuses, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
