2. About the Opportunity:

The Software Engineer II will contribute to developing and maintaining the software infrastructure that supports global, high-traffic applications. This role involves designing scalable, secure, and resilient system components, automating product development processes, and resolving complex production issues. The position offers the chance to work with advanced technologies, including AI, and to gain expertise in large-scale system design and performance engineering. The role is essential for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the organization’s platform services used by millions of users.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and automate code supporting product development

• Contribute to system architecture focused on performance, scalability, availability, security, and resilience

• Review code and collaborate across teams to enforce best practices

• Translate product specifications into maintainable, reusable components

• Debug complex production issues and manage escalations

• Build automation tools to improve system efficiency and operational excellence

• Work with advanced technology stacks and expand knowledge in AI technologies

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years full stack development experience

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Proficiency in Python, Java, and TypeScript with Spring, Angular, and Flask frameworks

• Strong foundation in SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL and Cassandra

• Experience with SQL and managed database systems

• Effective verbal and written communication skills with technical and business stakeholders

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and AI code editors like GitHub Copilot

• Hands-on experience with AI models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LangGraph or similar technologies

• Familiarity with load balancers and message queues in production environments

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• For US-based candidates, the base salary ranges from $95,000 to $171,000 per year, determined by factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location

• Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary

• The package may include annual bonuses, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
