2. About the Opportunit

y:
The Software Engineer, GTM will redesign and build the systems, tools, and workflows that support the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This role involves creating custom technical solutions from the ground up to optimize GTM operations throughout the customer lifecycle. Working closely with cross-functional leadership, the position drives the development of internal tools, integrations, and automated workflows using a modern technology stack and AI-assisted development. This role offers end-to-end ownership of projects that directly contribute to scaling revenue and improving operational efficien

cy.

• Build and maintain internal systems supporting GTM operations from lead flow to customer expa

nsion• Translate GTM strategies and business challenges into scalable technical solu

tions• Design AI-powered workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making across GTM func

tions• Rapidly prototype and validate new ideas using AI-assisted development, evolving successful ones into production sy

stems• Identify and automate bottlenecks and manual processes within the GTM life

cycle• Develop and sustain integrations across GTM platforms via APIs, webhooks, and data pipe

lines• Ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability of developed systems balancing speed and reliab

ility• Collaborate with GTM and leadership teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact pro

jects• Create intuitive, accessible tools with documentation to empower non-technical GTM

users

• Experience building and maintaining high-quality software systems or applications across th
