2. About the Opportunity:
The Software Engineer - Data and Integrations will design and build integrations essential for connecting and scaling modern revenue systems. This role focuses on creating reliable data flows across ERP platforms, taxation systems, and payment processors to support the Quote-to-Revenue lifecycle. The position contributes to solving enterprise complexity by transforming fragmented systems into seamless, scalable integration solutions that enhance operational confidence and speed for customers.
3. Responsibilities:
• Design and develop robust integration solutions using APIs, webhooks, iPaaS platforms, and AI-assisted tools
• Build integrations with ERP systems like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and CRM systems to support Order-to-Cash workflows
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to clarify and meet integration requirements
• Create and maintain workflow diagrams and technical documentation for integration designs
• Test, monitor, and maintain integration reliability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly
• Continuously improve integration processes and recommend best practices for scalability
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies affecting integration solutions
4. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes
• 5+ years working with APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks
• 2+ years experience with iPaaS tools such as Tray.io or similar
• 2+ years experience with Java for integration development and debugging distributed systems
• 2+ years experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM systems
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and iPaaS platforms (e.g., Tray.io, Salesforce Flows)
• Experience with complex data models, synchronization, and failure handling at scale
• Test-driven development experience and familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Mabl or similar
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• $143,000–$155,000 USD annually for U.S.-based candidates
• $128,000–$148,000 CAD annually for Canada-based candidates
• Final compensation depends on skills, experience, and internal pay equity and may vary by location
