About the Opportunity:
The organization provides global platforms for knowledge sharing and AI model interaction, serving millions of users. This opportunity is focused on supporting the Poe product, enhancing tools and frameworks that increase developer productivity across both platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and build tools to improve efficiency for product developers working on Poe and related platforms
• Build and maintain reusable components for developer use
• Collaborate with product teams to identify workflow challenges and pain points
• Propose and implement initiatives to address developer challenges and adopt new frameworks
Requirements:
• Availability during coordination hours (Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm Pacific Time)
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field, or completion of coding bootcamp or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience with large scale codebases and web application/frontend architecture
• 4+ years of experience building APIs for large teams
• 2+ years of experience with React and GraphQL
• Experience or interest in building developer tools or client-side performance enhancements
• Experience with NextJS, Relay, or similar modern web frameworks preferred
• Interest in full-stack development
Compensation:
• US candidates only: For US based applicants, the salary range is $155,656 - $225,160 USD + equity + benefits.
• Canada candidates only: For Toronto and Vancouver based applicants, the salary range is $204,658 - $236,834 CAD + equity + benefits. For all other locations in Canada, the salary range is $191,014 - $221,045 CAD + equity + benefits.
