2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Software Engineer, Machine Learning will develop and enhance machine learning systems that support the organization''s clinical AI products. This role is critical for advancing the machine learning ecosystem, ensuring reliable production deployment, and improving developer and data scientist workflows across the platform.
3. Responsibilities:
• Build and scale machine learning features across multiple products
• Design reusable architecture to accelerate machine learning development
• Deploy and maintain machine learning models and pipelines in production
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and application engineers for model integration
• Develop tools to enhance data scientists'' productivity
• Contribute to the design and architecture of machine learning systems
4. Requirements:
• Over 5 years of development experience focused on machine learning and engineering
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Experience managing full model production lifecycle including deployment and monitoring
• Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate ML into products
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and machine learning services
• Experience project managing small teams using agile methodologies
• Capability to influence organizational adoption of best practices
• Strong knowledge of data engineering and architecture principles
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base salary between $190,000 and $220,000
