Senior Software Engineer, BizTech

2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer, BizTech role is responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven features that improve employee experience platforms. This position plays a critical role in expanding AI tools accessible to non-technical staff, driving innovation from concept to production, and shaping how employees work and collaborate. The role contributes to increasing productivity and efficiency across the organization''s global employee base.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and implementation of AI and LLM-powered features

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to create user-centered AI solutions

• Architect scalable, reliable AI/ML-integrated production systems

• Develop advanced AI capabilities including multi-step reasoning and context-aware decision-making

• Implement evaluation systems to measure model performance and safety

• Manage end-to-end AI system deployment, monitoring, and incident response

• Work with cross-functional teams on SDK integrations and protocol implementations

• Mentor engineers through design and architecture discussions

• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and assess their relevance

• Balance hands-on development with technical leadership duties

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience, focusing on production AI/ML systems

• Deep knowledge of Large Language Models including fine-tuning and prompt engineering

• Proficiency in Python and at least one of TypeScript, Go, or Java

• Experience deploying scalable ML systems with high availability and low latency

• Expertise in backend and distributed systems, API design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)

• Proven track record of delivering AI-powered products from prototype to production

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field

• Experience with AI agent frameworks and foundation model APIs

• Familiarity with ML evaluation and container orchestration technologies

• Background in enterprise internal tools and full-stack AI product development

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
