2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer role is critical in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support healthcare services. This position is responsible for creating secure, scalable, and high-performing applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, and mentoring junior engineers. The role contributes to delivering impactful technology that advances healthcare operations and analytics.

3. Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and develop software using Java and Angular technologies

• Design, code, test, debug, and document software components

• Enhance existing applications to meet business requirements

• Deploy and maintain applications ensuring performance standards

• Collaborate with Agile scrum teams to fulfill project commitments

• Train and onboard new software engineers

• Contribute to software design and architecture decisions

• Communicate design implications to technology leadership

• Review infrastructure needs for best practices, security, and scalability

• Foster a quality mindset and mentor junior developers

• Implement cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices using GitHub and Terraform

4. Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 24 months experience in software engineering or related occupation

• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Tableau

• Proficiency in data modeling and data visualization tools such as SSRS, Power BI, or Tableau

• Knowledge of cloud-based data analytics platforms like AWS, Azure, or Snowflake

• Experience with Azure Databricks, ADF, Azure AI Search, Databricks, SQL, and Spark technologies

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $106,579 - $195,174 per year
