2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the development and implementation of new features and projects that advance the organization’s technical capabilities and improve user experience. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements that meet user requirements and business objectives. The position is critical for maintaining high standards in software quality, security, and performance, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead implementation of new features and projects

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize enhancements

• Maintain high standards for code quality, security, and performance

• Create comprehensive documentation to support collaboration and codebase scalability

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

• Minimum two years of experience in a software engineering or related role

• Two years of experience developing and maintaining Spring-based applications using Maven and Git, including Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring AOP, Spring Data JDBC, and Spring Data JPA

• Experience with schema creation, query optimization, and transaction management in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases

• Ability to implement scalable, reliable software meeting enterprise-level performance and compliance standards

• Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests with JUnit, Mockito, AssertJ, PowerMock, Spring Boot Testing, and REST Assured

• Knowledge of front-end technologies including JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $187,900 - $228,000 per year
