About the Opportunity:
The organization is building an AI-powered super app designed to simplify car ownership. The Senior Product Manager will lead marketplace growth and automation products, focusing on scaling systems, integrating with top carriers, improving data quality, and enhancing quoting experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end product development for quoting or automation systems, including carrier integrations and maintenance.
• Manage integrations with major partners to drive marketplace growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and insurance teams to improve back-end performance and customer experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation for cost reduction and system resilience.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup.
• Technologist and systems thinker, able to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to independently answer data-driven questions.
• Metrics-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Passionate about AI, experienced in using and adopting new AI tools for automation and communication.
