2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will lead co-marketing initiatives with key technology partners such as Snowflake, Google, AWS, Microsoft, and Databricks. This role is essential in expanding the platform''s reach, enhancing brand visibility, and driving growth within the broader data ecosystem. The position requires strategic collaboration across multiple teams and partners to align marketing efforts with business goals and amplify impact. The role demands creativity, strategic judgment, and strong relationship management to deliver mutually valuable co-marketing programs.
3. Responsibilities:
• Lead marketing campaigns, programs, events, and activities with strategic technology partners
• Collaborate with Revenue Marketing, Partnerships, and Product Marketing teams to align partner go-to-market plans with business objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing counterparts at key partners to coordinate co-marketing efforts
• Articulate platform value to partners and support their internal and external promotion efforts
• Develop joint messaging and co-branded assets including blogs, webinars, solution briefs, and presentations
• Create internal enablement materials to empower sales teams on partner campaigns
• Understand partner business strategies and design co-marketing programs that deliver mutual value
• Set and manage objectives and key results (OKRs), track performance, and conduct quarterly partner reviews
• Develop annual go-to-market marketing plans tailored to partners’ specific regions and verticals
• Exercise strategic judgment in selecting partner activities and allocating resources for maximum impact
4. Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing or a related field, particularly in data or software industries, with proven success in partner marketing programs
• Problem-solving and structure-building mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver measurable results
• Deep knowledge of the modern data ecosystem and key players such as Snowflake, Google, AWS, Microsoft, and Databricks
• Skill in navigating complex partner organizations and managing multiple stakeholder relationships
• Strong storytelling and positioning abilities to create compelling joint value messaging
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments with ambiguity
• Broad understanding of integrated marketing strategies including digital campaigns, field marketing, and industry events
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The typical starting salary range for this role is: $132,000-$188,700
• In select locations (Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC, and Seattle), the typical starting salary range is: $147,000-$209,000
