2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist role is central to optimizing the marketing technology stack, ensuring effective integration and data accuracy, and measuring marketing performance. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead, this position supports the alignment of sales and marketing systems and processes to drive more efficient growth. The role contributes by enhancing campaign execution, automating workflows, and delivering actionable analytics that inform go-to-market strategies, with additional support for selected sales operations tasks.
3. Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary administrator for marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce CRM
• Manage lead lifecycle architecture, including routing logic, database enrichment, hygiene, and segmentation aligned with enterprise GTM models
• Build, execute, and optimize multi-touch campaigns and automated workflows within HubSpot
• Develop dashboards and perform analyses to track campaign ROI, lead conversions, and pipeline influence
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable automated solutions
• Support critical sales operations functions such as territory management, internal CPQ processes, and Salesforce closed-won workflows (10-15% of time)
4. Requirements:
• 2-4 years of marketing operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proficient with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflow building, list management, QA, and campaign execution
• Advanced data manipulation skills with Excel or Google Sheets for report creation and data cleaning
• Experience setting up website analytics and event tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
• Strong project management skills with ownership of operational and technical execution for cross-functional initiatives
• Systems-thinking mindset with high attention to detail and proactive problem identification
• Willingness to expand skills into sales operations through cross-training
