About the Opportunity:
This team is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes and reporting that power the marketing engine. This role is a blend of architect and operator: you’ll design workflows, manage HubSpot automation, ensure lead flow and attribution are seamless, and deliver reporting that shows exactly what’s driving pipeline. You’ll partner closely with Communications, RevOps and Sales to ensure every campaign has the infrastructure to perform—and that the data behind it is clean, reliable, and actionable. If you’re ready to build and own the backbone of the marketing engine, this opportunity could be an excellent fit.
What You'll Do:
- Own the Tech Stack: Manage the organization’s marketing systems (HubSpot, Webflow, etc.), ensuring integrations, automations, and data flows are accurate and scalable.
- Campaign Enablement: Build and manage the logic, workflows, and automations that power multi-channel campaigns (email, ABM, retargeting, nurture programs).
- Lead Flow & Attribution: Ensure leads move seamlessly across systems and are properly scored, routed, and attributed for pipeline reporting.
- Reporting & Insights: Create and maintain dashboards to give leadership visibility into funnel health, ROI, and campaign impact.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current workflows; design and implement improvements to increase performance and scalability.
- Data Management: Oversee database health, segmentation, and enrichment to ensure high-quality targeting and compliant communication practices.
- Documentation & Enablement: Maintain process guides and provide training for the marketing team to ensure consistency and adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Growth, RevOps, Sales, and Analytics to align systems and reporting with company-wide objectives.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or marketing automation roles in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce (campaign automation, workflows, integrations, reporting).
- Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
- Proficiency with reporting and BI tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B revenue marketing principles including demand gen, ABM, pipeline contribution, and lead lifecycle management.
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex requirements into clear workflows.
- Experience supporting campaign build and execution, not just reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment with shifting priorities.
