About the Opportunity:

The Marketing Analyst role is critical in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing growth across multiple marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, display, and other digital acquisition channels. The position offers high visibility across Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Data Science teams, and the opportunity to influence decision-making organization-wide.
Responsibilities:
• Own reporting and insights across multiple marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, display, affiliate, etc.), tracking spend efficiency, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion metrics
• Partner with growth marketing teams to evaluate campaign and channel performance, identify high-ROI opportunities, and optimize budget allocation
• Lead SEO performance analysis including organic visibility, technical SEO health, keyword rankings, and on-site engagement data to inform content strategy and technical roadmaps
• Build and maintain dashboards and data pipelines in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) to automate reporting and enable self-service analytics
• Develop attribution and incrementality frameworks to measure cross-channel impact and optimize investment across paid and organic channels
• Create analytical frameworks to improve decision-making across marketing initiatives and channel experiments
• Conduct A/B testing to measure channel lift, creative effectiveness, landing page optimization, and audience targeting
• Translate complex datasets into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
• Identify significant impact areas, growth opportunities, and investment priorities across the marketing portfolio
• Communicate insights effectively to marketing stakeholders and senior leadership to influence strategy, budget, creative direction, and product development
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, product, engineering, and business development teams to ensure accurate marketing data tracking and integration
• Help prioritize and define the roadmap for marketing analytics initiatives and tool development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or digital marketing measurement
• Strong SQL proficiency with ability to query large datasets, build automated data pipelines, and perform complex joins and aggregations
• Experience with marketing analytics tools across multiple channels, including SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog), paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), and web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, share of voice) and experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of attribution models (multi-touch, last-click, data-driven) and their impact on channel optimization and media investment
• Proven ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives and provide clear, actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior leadership and presenting to executive audiences
• Experience managing and prioritizing work across multiple teams and stakeholders in dynamic environments
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, define problems, develop frameworks, and drive solutions
• Growth mindset with curiosity, proactivity, and eagerness to test hypotheses, learn from results, and share insights
