About the Role

The Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Operations is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving operational excellence within the lifecycle marketing engine, supporting both Lifecycle Marketing and Managed Business units. This hands-on position involves leading critical initiatives and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure lifecycle programs are scalable, measurable, and aligned with the organization’s multi-brand strategy. The role contributes to consolidating lifecycle marketing efforts across brands and expanding business through coordinated campaigns and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and evolution of lifecycle marketing capabilities across Lifecycle Marketing and Managed Business units
• Act as a player/coach by providing expertise and guidance while directly managing key projects
• Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships with Lifecycle, Growth, Product, and Data teams
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable marketing operations processes aligned with platform goals
• Oversee lifecycle campaign execution across channels, focusing on email marketing automation
• Manage and develop In-Product Messaging and Push Notification capabilities in coordination with Product teams
• Optimize technical strategy, database hygiene, and audience segmentation for lifecycle programs
• Monitor performance and convert data insights into actionable improvements using tools like Databricks and Tableau
• Ensure effective tracking and measurement frameworks for data-driven decision-making
• Own email deliverability and maintain the health of the email ecosystem in the marketing platform
• Support platform consolidation efforts to align lifecycle execution across various brands

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Operations in a scaled SaaS environment
• Proven ability to lead as a senior individual contributor through expertise and influence
• Extensive experience with email marketing platforms and automation (preferably Iterable), including deliverability best practices
• Hands-on experience with marketing data pipelines and reverse ETL tools such as Hightouch
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Databricks, Tableau, or similar tools to monitor and optimize performance
• Ability to design and maintain scalable lifecycle marketing systems in complex organizations
• Comfortable working closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams in fast-paced environments

Required Skills

• Experience with in-product messaging, push notifications, or multi-channel lifecycle orchestration
• Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Interest in AI-powered products and the future of work

Pay range and compensation package

SF/NY/Seattle: $152,000 – $209,000 per year (USD)

Other US Geographies: $137,000 – $188,000 per year (USD)
