1. About Our Client:

2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Outreach leads the execution of the organization’s digital outreach and marketing campaigns to promote courses and increase student enrollment. This role manages communication channels including email, SMS, and virtual info sessions, targeting student groups, faculty, and career services. It is responsible for optimizing outreach programs using automation and data insights to drive enrollment and student re-engagement. Reporting to the Director of Growth, this position plays a critical role in expanding the organization’s reach and meeting enrollment targets.

3. Responsibilities:

• Manage digital outreach to faculty, career centers, and academic champions using automation and AI personalization

• Lead end-to-end semester outreach cycles including segmentation, sequence building, monitoring, and iteration

• Oversee email and SMS campaigns to improve admitted-to-enrolled conversion rates and reduce dropout

• Conduct re-enrollment outreach through cohort analysis and targeted sequences

• Coordinate national virtual info sessions including scheduling, facilitation, follow-up, and tracking

• Collaborate with communications team to ensure consistent messaging across outreach channels

• Analyze campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities

• Maintain and grow a network of faculty advocates, student champions, and national student organizations

4. Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience managing high-volume email or outbound campaigns, building sequences from scratch in HubSpot or equivalent

• Skilled in building automated workflows with minimal manual intervention, maintaining CRM hygiene

• Proficient in analyzing open rates, click rates, and conversion data to optimize campaigns

• Experience using AI tools for personalization, copy iteration, and sequence optimization

• Strong writing skills with ability to tailor outreach tone for diverse audiences including faculty and students

• Preferred: Background in EdTech, enrollment marketing, or higher education outreach

• Preferred: Experience with university faculty, career center staff, and academic advisors

• Preferred: Familiarity with national student organizations such as ColorStack, NSBE, SHPE

• Preferred: HubSpot certification or advanced experience with sequences and workflows

• Preferred: Commitment to advancing economic mobility through education

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Annual salary between $110,000 and $150,000 based on experience and skills
