Senior Growth Marketing Analyst

About the Opportunity:

The organization developed a dynamic financial ecosystem focused on peer-to-peer payments and unique products to help customers send, spend, invest, borrow, and save. The Senior Growth Marketing Analyst role is part of the Growth Marketing Strategy & Analytics team, which drives customer growth through data-driven marketing strategies. This position focuses on growth marketing analytics for a key financial product, supporting the build-out of its US marketing program.

Responsibilities:

• Own growth marketing analytics across paid, referral, and co-marketing channels.

• Identify performance trends and growth opportunities by analyzing channel, campaign, and funnel data.

• Use audience, behavioral, and product usage data to inform growth strategy and marketing roadmap.

• Collaborate with Data Science to evaluate marketing effectiveness and ROI using methods like Media Mix Modeling.

• Design and develop automated reporting for ongoing performance reviews and executive updates.

• Present complex analyses as clear insights to marketing stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong understanding of growth drivers in consumer products related to acquisition, engagement, and long-term value.

• Experience measuring app and/or web marketing performance with fluency in CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention metrics.

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Ownership mindset with ability to identify opportunities and execute initiatives.

• Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams.

• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Looker.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and methods.

Compensation:

• Pay is market-based and varies by location within four defined zones.

• Zone A: $111,700 to $167,500 USD

• Zone B: $103,800 to $155,800 USD

• Zone C: $98,200 to $147,400 USD

• Zone D: $89,400 to $134,000 USD

• Starting pay depends on skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
