Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Growth

2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Growth will drive the development of innovative solutions that enhance the user experience as customers start using the platform. This role focuses on shaping the growth platform by designing scalable systems, leading experiments to optimize product features, collaborating across teams, and mentoring engineers. The position is key to expanding the organization's capabilities for user onboarding and growth through data-driven improvements and technical leadership.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative solutions to maximize user engagement and value
• Execute experiments and A/B tests to evaluate feature effectiveness
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to identify growth opportunities
• Mentor and support the professional development of software engineers
• Design and build scalable growth platforms
• Coordinate with multiple teams to establish a strong growth foundation
• Enhance engineering quality, processes, and tooling
• Contribute to defining the team roadmap
• Drive bottom-up initiatives aligned with key metrics

4. Requirements:

• Passion for delivering excellent user experiences across diverse user groups
• Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze impact
• Experience with event-driven infrastructure in GCP or AWS
• Proficiency in server-side programming languages (Ruby preferred), with willingness to learn Golang
• Fullstack development skills including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS
• Nice to have: experience in scale-up or growth teams
• Nice to have: familiarity with analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Hex

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Remote US: Base Salary Pay Range $163,100 — $215,000 USD
