2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Data Scientist - GTM Data plays a key role in supporting Go-To-Market teams by designing and maintaining predictive machine learning models that optimize customer acquisition, revenue attribution, and retention. This role applies advanced analytical techniques and experimentation to provide leadership with insights into business efficiency and impact, acting as a trusted partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
3. Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and deploy predictive models including Customer Lifetime Value forecasting, Marketing and Sales Attribution, and Propensity models
• Collaborate with GTM teams to design and analyze controlled experiments across channels such as website A/B testing and pricing
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify user behavior patterns and causes of changes in GTM metrics
• Support interpretation of Marketing Mix Modeling to maximize marketing ROI
• Define and govern a unified KPI framework aligning GTM activities to business outcomes
• Translate statistical findings into clear business insights for cross-functional teams
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and develop reusable predictive assets
• Provide technical guidance on data exploration, machine learning modeling, and causal inference methods
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in applied data science, economics, or GTM analytics with a focus on predictive modeling and experimentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred
• Experience building and validating production-ready models (LTV, Attribution, Propensity)
• Practical knowledge of causal inference methods and statistical experimentation techniques
• Advanced skills in Python or R and expert-level SQL
• Familiarity with data pipelining tools such as dbt, Airflow, Databricks, or Snowflake is advantageous
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities
• Preferred experience in SaaS domain supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success data needs
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The annual base salary for this role is up to $165,000-$185,000.
