About the Role
The Senior Data Scientist (Growth) will play a key role in scaling growth and user retention efforts by optimizing the user acquisition and subscription funnel. This position contributes to the Growth team's strategy and operations, collaborating closely with business, marketing, and product teams to improve registration, subscription, and churn metrics. The role leverages advanced data science techniques to enable faster, data-driven decisions that impact millions of users and drive measurable business outcomes.

US-based candidates: $129,000 — $190,000 USD annually Canada-based candidates: $149,500 — $176,000 CAD annually
