2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Data Scientist (AI Enablement & Solutions) role focuses on accelerating the internal data organization by identifying key business problems and delivering scalable AI and machine learning solutions that enhance analytics efficiency and quality. This position drives impact by translating business outcomes into pragmatic technical solutions while continuously adapting to evolving data and AI tools. The role involves making informed decisions in ambiguous situations and delivering maintainable data products trusted by stakeholders and sustainable for long-term use.
3. Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to define problem statements, success metrics, and constraints
• Evaluate solution approaches (build, buy, hybrid) for scalability and maintainability
• Monitor emerging AI/LLM capabilities to improve productivity and decision quality
• Develop reference patterns and enablement assets for AI-enabled analytics
• Design and implement internal AI-enabled data products and workflows
• Collaborate with data engineering to productionize solutions with APIs, pipelines, and CI/CD
• Ensure operability and maintainability through documentation, runbooks, and ownership clarity
• Build quality and governance guardrails including correctness checks, auditability, and monitoring
• Establish evaluation frameworks for AI systems with datasets, metrics, and human review
• Apply traditional data science methods to provide insights and enhance products
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, data engineering, or applied ML with productionized solutions
• Proven problem-first mindset: ability to define success from ambiguous business needs and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Experience adopting new tools and frameworks to find optimal solutions
• Proficient in SQL and Python; experience building production workflows and APIs preferred
• Familiarity with modern data warehouses and analytics stacks; Snowflake experience is a plus
• Strong communication and influence skills for cross-functional alignment
Preferred:
• Experience with AI/LLM solution evaluation, implementation, and monitoring
• Knowledge of production best practices including testing, CI/CD, and observability
• Experience with semantic modeling, metric layers, and analytics governance
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
