2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Data Analyst role focuses on optimizing digital marketing campaign performance and strategy. The position involves analyzing data, managing investigations, product fixes, and optimizations to increase yield and support partnerships with media providers. This role requires deep expertise in data sources and analytical tools to inform business decisions and automate processes. The Senior Data Analyst will identify growth opportunities, solve complex analytical problems, and communicate actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
3. Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of related data sources to inform business decisions
• Master analytical tools and automate business processes and decision-making
• Apply diverse problem-solving strategies while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Analyze business problems and identify growth opportunities
• Understand strengths and weaknesses and apply creative analytical approaches
• Communicate insights effectively and provide actionable plans to support business needs
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical role
• Inquisitive mindset, willing to challenge the status quo and stakeholders
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and visualize key trends
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven results
• Proficient in analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills including abnormality detection, predictive analysis, market segmentation, and competitive analysis
• Experience with SQL on enterprise datasets
• Experience with R or Python programming
• Experience with Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools
• Experience with automation in an enterprise environment preferred
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 USD to $130,000 USD annually, subject to variation based on compensation practices and geographic location
• Eligible for performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units
• Eligible to participate in standard employee benefits programs including health care, retirement benefits, paid time off, and other tax-reportable benefits
