About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER leads customer marketing initiatives targeting accountant firms and small to mid-market business customers. This role drives customer learning, engagement, adoption, and growth related to the organization’s products and services. It plays a critical part in translating product strategies into effective customer programs and collaborates closely with multiple internal teams to maximize customer impact and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer marketing strategy for Tier 1 product launches, monthly showcases, and education programs.
- Partner with Product Marketing on messaging, audience targeting, promotion, and performance measurement.
- Develop and manage webinar and virtual event programming supporting education and customer retention.
- Design strategies for in-person customer events, coordinating with Events team for execution.
- Collaborate with Community team on customer engagement, advocacy, and communications.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure the customer perspective in planning.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in customer, lifecycle, growth, or integrated marketing.
- Experience leading product launches, customer education, webinars, or events.
- Proven ability to build partnerships with Product Marketing and senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Analytical skills for defining KPIs and turning data into action.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and webinar tools (e.g., Inflection, Pendo, Goldcast, SFDC).
- Customer-focused with attention to detail and ownership.
- Preferred: experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, payments, or product-led growth; experience with accountant firms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary ranges vary by geographic zone, from $115,100 to $169,200 USD annually.
