About the Opportunity:
The organization helps businesses build and demonstrate trust through continuous security monitoring. The Project Manager bridges marketing strategy and execution, managing high-impact, cross-functional marketing projects and ensuring timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end execution of high-impact marketing projects
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and identify risks
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication
• Partner with PMM, Demand Gen, Brand, and Operations teams to execute multi-channel campaigns
• Lead campaign planning processes, define goals, schedules, and KPIs
• Design and implement scalable workflows, intake processes, templates, and playbooks
• Identify and escalate risks, propose contingency plans
Requirements:
• Experience in marketing and launching multi-channel go-to-market strategies
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Strong communication skills, able to translate complexity into clear action plans
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities; able to resolve roadblocks proactively
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana and JIRA
