About the Opportunity:
The organization seeks a Program Manager for Brand/Seasonal Marketing to lead end-to-end execution of key brand-led, seasonal, and cross-channel marketing programs. This role involves bringing strategic marketing visions to life across multiple channels, including in-store experiences and digital campaigns, to deliver exceptional omni-channel marketing programs that engage clients.
Responsibilities:
• Drive omni-channel marketing programs across online and offline channels, including in-store, print, direct mail, digital, video, and social media.
• Create and publish schedules integrating traditional and digital media touchpoints, ensuring timely execution to meet launch dates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Brand Marketing, Creative, Visual Merchandising/Production, Channel partners, Merchandising, Store Design, and Agency partners to communicate requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage day-to-day execution by tracking schedules, preparing meeting agendas, routing creative for feedback, facilitating asset handoffs, and maintaining program archives.
• Identify risks early during program execution and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee budget management by understanding budget and co-op funding requirements, tracking expenditures, and facilitating discussions between Creative, Marketing, and Production teams regarding cost impacts.
Requirements:
• 4 to 6 years of project or account management experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing programs from planning through implementation.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Compensation:
• The annual base salary range for this position is $99,000.00 to $131,000.00.
• Actual salary depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, business factors specific to the role, and geographic location.
• Employees in this position may be eligible for bonuses.
