Professional Services Software Engineer

2. About the Opportunity:

The Professional Services Software Engineer plays a crucial role within a global professional services engineering team by designing and implementing customized integration solutions between the organization''s products and clients’ applications. This position directly impacts clients by tailoring communication technologies to their needs and ensuring successful deployment and adoption.

3. Responsibilities:

• Gather project requirements from customers via remote interviews.

• Develop and implement customized solutions using the company’s products, APIs, and third-party tools based on Statements of Work.

• Design and prototype software development projects with accountability for quality.

• Manage deployment of services and solutions per agreed specifications.

• Present services and tailored solutions to customers, including executives and end-users.

• Achieve or exceed professional services financial targets.

• Configure systems with scripting in PHP and Python for integrations.

4. Requirements:

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.

• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, PHP, and JavaScript.

• Strong experience with APIs, especially REST APIs, and third-party integrations.

• Experience with relational databases.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Understanding of web application architecture.

• Experience with conversational AI/ML and natural language processing technologies.

• Professional communication skills for direct customer engagement.

• Java knowledge is advantageous.

• Experience in contact center, VoIP, and video meeting applications is a plus.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $106,800.00 to $160,200.00
