About the Opportunity:
The organization provides an observability platform designed to help customers manage data complexity, optimize costs, and resolve issues in modern, containerized environments. This opportunity is for a Product Marketing Manager responsible for turning technical concepts into impactful narratives for engineering leaders and developers. The role involves product positioning, content development, and supporting go-to-market efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Own product positioning and messaging, ensuring narratives are clear and tied to business outcomes for technical buyers.
• Expand the content library with web pages, blogs, lead-generation assets, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
• Lead feature and release communications to support internal teams and drive product adoption.
• Equip field teams with stories and resources by partnering with Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement.
• Analyze customer pain points and buying triggers to improve messaging, content prioritization, and sales strategy.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and maintain high editorial standards.
• Achieve a clear understanding of the product and competitive landscape within the first 30 days.
• Conduct customer and buyer research to inform positioning.
• Publish at least one external-facing asset and lead a go-to-market enablement session within 60 days.
• Demonstrate measurable impact on content usage and sales engagement within 90 days.
• Propose a product marketing roadmap based on first-quarter learnings.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, preferably in observability, monitoring, or a related high-tech field.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant messaging, content, launch materials, and enablement assets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to connect product capabilities to customer value and outcomes.
• Proven experience creating high-impact content and storytelling.
• Proficiency with AI tools for drafting, research, or content structuring.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer teams.
• Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving skills and initiative to find solutions independently.
