2. About the Opportunity:
The Product Marketing Manager, Consumer Growth Marketing is responsible for driving user acquisition, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement across consumer verticals including Services and Restaurant, Food & Nightlife. This role focuses on creating impactful onboarding experiences, developing reacquisition strategies, and leading acquisition through paid channels. It contributes by enhancing user engagement and growth through data-driven marketing strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
3. Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize onboarding journeys to nurture new users and improve retention.
- Develop segmentation frameworks to identify at-risk and lapsed users and create personalized reacquisition journeys.
- Lead content strategy for consumer campaigns and optimize content for discoverability.
- Manage mid-funnel marketing to acquire new Services users through external channels.
- Implement targeted engagement strategies to increase retention and deepen user engagement.
- Develop, execute, and optimize growth experiments using A/B testing and analytics.
- Measure campaign performance and iterate strategies to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Marketing Technology and Operations to build marketing capabilities and behavioral signals.
- Manage priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
4. Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in growth or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven success in building and optimizing onboarding and lifecycle programs across owned channels.
- Experience developing winback or re-engagement strategies with measurable results.
- Content strategy expertise, including user-generated content and social, lifecycle, or SEO/AEO channels.
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms for campaign execution and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with paid acquisition or performance marketing teams preferred.
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of campaigns with continuous optimization.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Enthusiasm for applying AI in growth marketing.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Compensation range for this position is $106,000 to $198,000 annually.
- Additional compensation may include bonus and benefits.
