About the Opportunity:

This opportunity seeks a seasoned Product Designer to deliver exceptional solutions for developers, focusing on creativity, collaboration, and bringing ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in shaping the developer experience and the future of software infrastructure.

• Collaborate with product, support, and engineering to scope, define, design, and ship high-quality features.

• Influence overall design direction by solving complex design challenges and delivering effective solutions.

• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in all design solutions.

• Define workflows, prototypes, and visual design for assigned projects.

• Analyze user behaviors and pain points to propose and execute impactful projects.

• Maintain and evolve the internal Design System.

• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments to drive design excellence.

• Support and contribute to the design culture within the team.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user interface, interaction, and visual design skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Commitment to creating quality products and improving user experiences.

• Awareness of business needs and a practical approach to delivering intuitive interfaces.

• Ability to innovate in design while balancing user, business, and technical requirements.

• Proficient with Figma and open to exploring new design tools (e.g., Blender, Spline, Rive, shaders).

• Experience balancing trade-offs to deliver features on time without sacrificing long-term vision.

• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver quality designs within deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
