The Principal Software Engineer role is central to advancing the organization''s platform by architecting and developing core software frameworks that improve user experience and incorporate generative AI capabilities. This position leads large-scale technical projects, influences architectural strategy, mentors engineering teams, and collaborates across functions to deliver innovative, high-performance software solutions that enhance operational workflows.

3. Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable, maintainable software components focusing on performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into well-designed features.

• Build intuitive and extensible user interfaces using modern frameworks.

• Design and implement new product features and improve existing capabilities.

• Integrate automated testing into development processes.

• Participate in design and code reviews to uphold best practices.

• Develop comprehensive test strategies covering various testing aspects.

• Promote continuous learning and sharing of best engineering practices across teams.

4. Requirements:

• Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in software engineering with relevant degrees or equivalent experience.

• Expertise in Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.

• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance optimization.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD integration.

• Knowledge of software quality principles including reliability and observability.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance.

• Experience with AI-powered tools or workflows and validation of AI outputs.

• Proficient with development tools including IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix systems.

• Critical thinking in integrating AI into workflows and decision-making.
