About the Rol
eThe Partner Program Manager, Service Track is responsible for designing and scaling global partner programs that enhance engagement, enablement, and revenue growth across service-focused partners, including System Integrators, Managed Service Providers, Cloud Service Providers, and Customer Success partners. This individual contributor role leads cross-functional initiatives, develops scalable program frameworks, and integrates AI-driven insights and automation to deliver measurable value to both partners and the organization.
