Purpose
The organization is hiring a full-time remote Partner Marketing Manager to build and scale strategic relationships with leading Fortune 500 technology partners. You’ll generate qualified leads and pipeline through joint marketing campaigns, integrated ABM programs, events, sponsorships, and thought leadership.
This individual contributor role will join the growth marketing team and works cross functionally with sales, delivery, and operations to create integrated GTM strategies and measurable demand-generation programs in support of growth priorities across AI, industry transformation, cloud, and security. S/he will begin by leaning into retail, healthcare, technology, and other integrated ABM and digital marketing programs. You will design and execute marketing programs that elevate joint value propositions, generate demand, and position the organization as an innovation and transformation leader. You enjoy staying informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape in the U.S. and Canada and thrive in fast-paced, innovation-oriented environments. Reporting into the Head of Field Marketing, the ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven marketer who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and using technology in marketing.
This position is 100% work at home. While this position will be working from home, this candidate must be located within the US and be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
This position is targeting a range of $95-100k annually with opportunity for annual bonus.
Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary marketing lead for a portfolio of partners and business leaders.
• Build and execute joint GTM strategies from messaging to pipeline generation aligned to the organization’s priorities and partner value.
• Design and deliver integrated ABM campaigns (digital, webinars, and events) to drive engagement and accelerate pipeline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on messaging, positioning, and campaign themes that highlight shared customer value.
• Ensure brand consistency and compelling storytelling across all partner touchpoints, including joint speaking opportunities.
• Develop and amplify thought leadership content (whitepapers, blogs, webinars) across the organization and partner channels.
• Evolve and scale partner programs to deliver measurable impact for both the organization and partners.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with experience driving co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
• Strong grasp of GTM strategy, ABM, and thought leadership marketing.
• Skilled in partner relationship management, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.
• Analytical and data-driven able to track performance, assess ROI, and optimize investments.
• Proven ability to manage partner-marketing funds and report on pipeline and revenue impact.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
