About the Opportunity:
The organization is a leading health and wellness platform focused on delivering accessible, affordable, and personalized care. The Motion Designer/Editor, Performance Creative will support the Paid Media Creative team by developing high-performing ad creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and other channels. This role blends design, editing, and motion skills to create engaging content informed by performance data in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Edit, design, and animate ad creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and similar platforms.
• Build, adapt, and version creative concepts into multiple aspect ratios and formats.
• Add motion design, supers, transitions, and animation to improve clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative strategy, growth, and production teams to apply performance insights.
• Organize, tag, and maintain project files and templates for efficient ad production.
• Stay up to date on platform trends, editing techniques, and motion design styles relevant to paid media and AI.
• Contribute to shoot planning and post-production to ensure content is optimized for ads.
• Maintain high standards in motion, design, and typography while working at a rapid pace.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in motion design, video editing, or content production, ideally in DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite; knowledge of Figma and AI tools is a plus.
• Understanding of platform-native creative best practices for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proven ability to produce, version, and deliver creative at scale with quality.
• Collaborative mindset with a balance of taking direction and contributing new ideas.
• Interest in performance data as a creative feedback tool.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion, editing, and visual storytelling for paid or social creative.
