2. About the Opportunity:
The Marketing Program Manager supports the Legal & Insurance Marketing team by managing project execution and digital communications. This role ensures efficient operation of complex marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, product launches, and email programs. It serves as a key operational partner across multiple departments, facilitating workflow, stakeholder coordination, and timely delivery of marketing projects.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage marketing campaigns, events, product launches, webinars, and cross-functional programs with timeline and task oversight.
• Build, test, and deploy email communications using HubSpot, managing schedules, segmentation, and content coordination.
• Improve operational workflows and maintain project management systems and documentation.
• Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Design, and external partners.
• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative marketing support.
• Organize and maintain centralized project documentation and resources.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion.
• Support building scalable operational foundations for the Legal & Insurance marketing organization.
4. Requirements:
• 3 to 6+ years in project management or related operational roles supporting marketing.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing campaign and event execution.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Airtable, and Google Drive.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-starter with problem-solving capabilities.
• Preferred experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, legal tech, insurance, or enterprise marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
