2. About the Opportunity:

The Marketing Operations Program Manager will be responsible for driving the core operational processes that enable effective marketing execution and data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on implementing and scaling frameworks like Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQA), leading cross-functional initiatives, and refining account-centric marketing strategies. The position plays a critical role in connecting systems, data, and processes to support the organization''s marketing strategy and growth.

3. Responsibilities:

• Operationalize the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across systems, segmentation, territory design, and target account strategy

• Define, implement, and scale the Marketing Qualified Account (MQA) framework in collaboration with Analytics, Revenue Operations, and Information Systems

• Support the transition from lead-based to account- and buying group–centric marketing using platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense

• Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives including ICP refinement, MQA rollout, lead-to-ARR improvements, data governance, and go-to-market pilots

• Serve as an internal consultant to Marketing, managing ambiguous, high-priority projects through to completion

• Design and optimize marketing processes from intake through launch and reporting, utilizing tools like Asana and Helpdesk

4. Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, or a similar role in Enterprise B2B SaaS

• Strong understanding of the lead-to-revenue lifecycle, including ICP, account-based marketing, and qualification frameworks (MQL, MQA)

• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish

• Experience with marketing and sales technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense

• Ability to influence organizational priorities using clear, data-driven arguments

• Skill in resolving ambiguity and establishing structure in uncertain situations

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience building or scaling account-based marketing or MQA frameworks

• Background in marketing analytics, Revenue Operations, or go-to-market strategy

• Experience improving marketing data governance and quality

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana

• Deep technical knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and 6sense

• Experience designing enterprise-level processes using Asana

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085), the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
