About the Opportunity

The Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager role is responsible for managing and optimizing the marketing execution and measurement systems that support lead generation, ABM, and webinar initiatives. This hands-on position ensures smooth campaign delivery, trustworthy data, and clear insights that enhance marketing-sourced and influenced leads. The role is key to maintaining operational excellence and driving improvements that directly impact lead and pipeline outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Expertise: Serve as the day-to-day expert for the marketing automation and email platform supporting end-customer and channel campaigns.
  • Campaign & Workflow Execution: Translate campaign and webinar plans into operational workflows, including customer journeys, forms, landing pages, and emails. Build, test, and launch outbound campaigns and nurture streams with defined lead and conversion targets.
  • Webinar Operations: Lead end-to-end webinar operations, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, communication workflows, registration management, and post-event follow-up.
  • ABM & Segmentation: Support ABM execution by managing target account lists, segments, and workflows tied to engagement and lead creation. Define best practices for list structure and segmentation within marketing tools.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Oversee the intake, cleansing, and standardization of contact lists for CRM and marketing automation to maximize quality and avoid duplication. Ensure compliant handling of channel-sourced and partner-provided lists.
  • Lead Management & Scoring: Implement lead scoring and conversion logic to identify and pass high-intent leads to Sales efficiently. Collaborate with Lead Management and IT/CRM teams to support campaign execution and reporting through data model improvements.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on campaign performance, webinar KPIs, funnel conversion, and ABM impact. Provide actionable insights on lead generation effectiveness, funnel performance, and segment success to marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain templates, modules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for brand consistency and compliance. Manage and communicate a centralized marketing and webinar calendar to optimize campaign sequencing and reduce audience fatigue.
  • Collaboration & Support: Troubleshoot marketing automation issues collaboratively with IT and vendors. Partner with marketing leads and channel teams to optimize program execution, support campaign tracking infrastructure, and provide training and documentation for marketer self-service.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4 to 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or growth analytics within a B2B environment.
  • Automation & CRM Systems: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., CIJ, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Campaign & Data Workflows: Proven ability to manage complex campaign execution, data workflows, comprehensive QA processes, and lead scoring implementation.
  • Event Management: Direct experience managing webinar operations and related cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
  • Analytical Capability: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights that directly improve marketing performance and pipeline health.
  • Professional Attributes: Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing leads, and IT.
