About the Opportunity:
The organization is focused on automating the construction takeoff process using computer vision and natural language processing to expedite and improve cost estimation accuracy in the construction industry. This opportunity is for a Marketing Manager responsible for building, operating, and scaling the growth systems, including demand generation, paid media, SEO, content, lifecycle marketing, and analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Connect HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and analytics tools into a unified system for tracking marketing performance to revenue.
• Plan and launch paid and organic campaigns across digital, traditional, and trade channels to drive qualified pipeline.
• Oversee creative and content production, including videos, ads, blogs, and event materials that align with brand and product initiatives.
• Develop keyword strategy, optimize landing pages, and measure organic growth and conversion for SEO and website performance.
• Manage UTMs, pixels, and conversion events in partnership with RevOps for accurate funnel reporting.
• Track spend, pacing, and ROI across all channels; optimize CAC and payback as needed.
• Build reporting and dashboards using Equals to visualize funnel performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline efficiency.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creative, messaging, and landing pages to optimize results.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and attribution.
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or growth roles.
• Deep experience with HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, and reporting).
• Proficiency in digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) and analytics tools (GA4, Equals, Looker).
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, and funnel conversion metrics.
• Familiarity with SEO strategy and content performance tracking.
• Data-driven, iterative, and highly organized approach.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into action and strategy into growth.
Compensation:
• Competitive salary plus equity options (target $120k - $155k base + equity).
