2. About the Opportunity:
The Marketing Manager, Digital Operations will lead and optimize the operational framework of the digital marketing ecosystem focused on Sportsbook and Casino products. This role ensures the proper implementation and functioning of marketing technology tools, platforms, and measurement systems across omnichannel campaigns. The position is key to maintaining data integrity, seamless campaign execution, and reliable performance measurement, working closely with cross-functional teams to support the marketing efforts and drive accurate insights.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage and configure core marketing technology platforms including MMPs, CDPs, identity solutions, and analytics tools
• Own campaign tracking architecture with link creation, deep linking, attribution parameters, and cross-tool validation
• Ensure end-to-end accuracy of user journeys from impression to retention
• Troubleshoot discrepancies between measurement platforms, reporting tools, and data sources
• Validate data accuracy mid-campaign and set up notification systems for anomalies
• Collaborate with media teams to execute campaigns across multiple digital channels
• Implement and maintain platform integrations including Meta AEM, Snapchat CAPI, Google Firebase, and server-to-server connections
• Support incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and marketing mix modeling data inputs
• Provide technical consultation to marketing stakeholders on implementation and measurement challenges
• Maintain documentation for tracking frameworks, integrations, and operational processes
• Cover campaign execution as needed across channels
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve data integrity, workflows, and marketing technology scalability
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in marketing operations, digital media operations, martech, or mobile app marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information systems, or related field
• Expertise in mobile measurement and attribution systems, especially AppsFlyer and privacy frameworks like SKAN
• Hands-on experience with CDPs such as Segment and identity platforms like LiveRamp
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau and Firebase
• Knowledge of platform buying and measurement across major digital media platforms
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting platform integrations including Meta AEM, AMC, and server-to-server
• Operational knowledge of mobile app tracking, deep linking, event schemas, and data pipelines
• Ability to QA and reconcile data discrepancies across sources
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced marketing environment and perform multiple roles
• Knowledge of betting and gaming marketing is strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel occasionally to company offices and industry events
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The base salary range for this role is $84,000 to $115,000 depending on experience and skills
• Eligible for an annual bonus program and equity award
