With a database of over 100 million sports fans and partnerships spanning approximately 900 sports properties—including professional leagues, teams, colleges, and celebrities—the organization offers products and services that enable fans to buy, collect, and bet. It maintains a broad retail presence with over 2,000 locations and employs more than 22,000 people dedicated to enhancing the fan experience worldwide.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Marketing Manager, Digital Brand Media leads the strategy and execution of digital brand media initiatives for the company’s Online Sportsbook and Casino businesses. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility and business growth by managing upper- and mid-funnel media campaigns across multiple digital channels. The position plays a critical role in optimizing media investments, fostering partnerships, and delivering performance insights that influence marketing and business decisions.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital brand media strategy and performance across Sportsbook and Casino verticals

• Set channel-level targets and KPIs with marketing and business stakeholders

• Optimize brand media spend across paid social, online video, Connected TV, display, programmatic, and digital audio

• Balance demand generation with strong brand positioning through the marketing funnel

• Monitor and align performance against brand lift, download share, market share, and growth metrics

• Lead campaign reporting including monthly reviews and executive presentations

• Manage agency partners for execution quality and ongoing optimization

• Maintain relationships with digital platform partners and guide strategic roadmaps

• Support digital activation of major partnerships to enhance media impact

• Identify cross-functional digital opportunities aligned with business goals

• Promote innovation through testing and emerging channel experiments

• Collaborate on incrementality testing, marketing mix modeling, and budget allocation

• Improve measurement frameworks, reporting, and marketing technology

• Integrate data from various sources to provide cohesive growth insights

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in marketing-related roles such as Marketing Manager, Account Manager, or Business Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business

• Expertise in digital marketing with established vendor and media partner relationships

• Strong knowledge of digital channels and platforms including Google, Meta, Twitter, Snapchat, and programmatic DSPs

• Proficient presentation skills for diverse stakeholders

• Experience with brand measurement tools such as Savanta, Lucid, DISQO, and Kantar

• Detail oriented, deadline driven, adaptable, and innovative

• Preferred extensive knowledge of the sports betting and gaming industry

• Strong analytical skills connecting marketing results to business objectives

• Proven track record of delivering successful, timely campaigns with measurable outcomes

• Willingness to travel occasionally to offices and events in New York City, Denver, and other locations

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary range is $84,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience and skills

• Eligible for annual bonus program and equity awards
