About the Opportunity:

The Marketing Director will lead brand storytelling, creative execution, and marketing technology including automation and AI to drive scalable growth. The role partners with sales, recruiting, and leadership teams to build an effective marketing ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
• Define and execute a unified marketing and branding strategy across all divisions according to an established roadmap.
• Ensure brand consistency and differentiation across digital, experiential, and physical channels.
• Plan and execute trade shows, events, and experiential marketing including booth strategy, creative elements, swag, surveys, and follow-ups.
• Design and scale referral and loyalty programs to convert candidates, employees, and partners into brand advocates.
• Establish scalable processes to generate and manage reviews on industry platforms.
• Enhance social media branding and engagement on Google, Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels with a focus on brand awareness and growth.
• Design and scale AI-driven and automated marketing workflows covering the entire funnel from website visit to recruiter connection, job alerts, and engagement.
• Develop smart capture and conversion experiences via web, email, SMS, chat, and live agents to increase candidate and client engagement.
• Evaluate and implement modern MarTech, AI tools, and automation platforms to maintain marketing innovation.
• Build automated feedback loops for employees and candidates to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Create or procure AI-driven drip and lifecycle marketing programs supporting recruiters and sales teams.
• Manage the digital experience on websites and career platforms to drive organic traffic, lead generation, and growth.
• Lead data-driven demand generation and lead generation efforts, continuously testing and improving conversion rates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in marketing with at least 5 years in the services or staffing industry.
• Extensive experience with marketing automation, lead generation/scoring, analytics, PPC campaigns, SMS/push/email marketing, SEO, WordPress, HubSpot, Clay, Klaviyo, and other MarTech platforms.
• Strong technical aptitude with a data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving and process improvement through automation.
