2. About the Opportunity:
The Marketing Data Analyst for the Accolades business is responsible for aggregating, analyzing, and transforming complex marketing, sales, and behavioral data into actionable insights. This role supports campaign strategy development, audience segmentation, and marketing performance measurement, directly influencing marketing and sales effectiveness.
3. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges, KPIs, and target audiences for campaign segmentation
• Maintain data integrity in the CRM and related datasets through cleansing, standardization, and quality checks
• Translate business requirements into data objectives to provide key insights for marketing and sales teams
• Develop and document marketing database procedures to ensure process consistency and policy compliance
• Create and manage reports and dashboards in Looker and Salesforce to monitor marketing performance and ROI
• Analyze campaign performance across channels to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve audience targeting, personalization, and conversion rates
4. Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or Data Management
• Strong skills in manipulating, interpreting, and validating large, varied datasets
• Proficiency in data manipulation and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with B2B or subscription-based data analysis preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and/or Customer Data Platforms for segmentation and reporting
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Knowledge of marketing performance metrics such as CPA, LTV, ROI, and conversion rates
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The annual base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000
